Hi, my name is Jake and I’m a software engineer. I have completed a Masters Degree in computer science at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I’ve been working at Dell for the past several years. My primary technical focus has been web-based technology, however, my efforts have been spent working on innovative solutions to problems; I’ve filed a number of patents with Dell and have received recognition awards because of it.

I also spend some of my time experimenting with graphics programming and making games. Check out my graphics/games pages to get an idea of some of the stuff I work on in my spare time.
