XBox 360 controller support in Paper Donkey

So I’ve just added support for using a gamepad with my engine. It needs a bit of polish in order to properly customize the event passing in a generic way, but it works! I’m having a blast walking around and shooting zombies with the gamepad right now. I’m using the ProControll library for this.
